These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts concluded via the online platform "University of Universe." The platform is operated by Lena Buchs, based in Switzerland. The platform offers a paid newsletter and access to a Telegram group under a subscription model. The services are available to customers worldwide.


2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded once the user subscribes to the newsletter or Telegram group and the payment has been successfully processed. By subscribing, the user accepts these T&C.


3. Services

Upon receipt of payment, the user gains access to exclusive content via the newsletter and/or Telegram group. The operator reserves the right to modify the content and scope of the offered services at any time.


4. Subscription, Prices, and Payment

  • The subscription fees are listed on the website and may vary.

  • Payment is processed via Stripe or another payment provider.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in due time.

  • The listed prices do not include VAT unless explicitly stated.


5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

  • The subscription can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the respective billing period.

  • There is no right of withdrawal after receiving the first digital content.

  • Cancellation can be done via the user account or by email to info@uniofuniverse.com.


6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the content.

  • No liability is assumed for damages resulting from the use of the content.

  • The operator is not responsible for outages or technical issues with Telegram or third-party providers.


7. Data Protection

  • The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  • Users consent to the storage and use of their data for subscription processing.


8. Changes to the T&C

The operator reserves the right to amend the T&C at any time. Users will be informed of any changes and may cancel their subscription if they do not agree.


9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the operator in Switzerland.
